Recently updated (July 2022) perfectly located private basement suite. Situated close to Fraser Street and 49th you will be close to everything the neighborhood has to offer - coffee shops, restaurants, produce and much much more. Three great parks within short walk including Memorial South, Sunset and Gordon. Great transit to Metrotown, Langara, UBC or Downtown.
It is a cozy space but very functional and has all of the comforts to make your stay enjoyable. We have done our best to have everything you may need. High speed fibre optic internet, cable tv (with Netflix), radiant heating, and much more.
There is a pet bird in the house, not too loud, but I mention that in the case it may disturb some. The space is not suitable for parties and we ask to respectfully limit volume after 10pm.
