Positive: Location is great, only few min to the Ferry, ocean view and clean facilities. for a budget booking it offered more than we expected. Bbq was nice to have access too, well stocked kitchen, shared bathrooms/showers were spotless and enough of them that there was no lineup. Views are amazing. Room was ocean facing and big enough not to feel cramped.

Negative: Bed was saggy soft (my husband liked that but my back didnt) but for few nights stay it was ok to sleep on, other than that everything was super

Summary: If we come back to Island this is where we'll stay again for sure
