Summary: I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Ottawa and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The reception staff, especially Anjalee and Gee, were outstanding—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, with an obvious attention to cleanliness in both common areas and the room. My room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the atmosphere felt polished yet friendly. Andaz Ottawa delivers excellent service, comfort, and quality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
