You will love this spacious 2 bedroom and 2 en suite bathroom luxury condo with breathtaking views of Ha ling, the Rundle range, Cascade and the iconic Three Sisters mountains . In the Prime location of vibrant downtown Canmore with all the shopping, restaurants and amenities on your doorstep. This is the only location in Canmore to have a 360 degree open rooftop hot tub with stunning panoramic vistas all round. The perfect place to unwind after a days adventuring in the Canadian Rockies, or simply to take in the night sky and amazing stars. If you're lucky , even the Northern Lights .There is also a small gym in the building with treadmill, elliptical, bike etc. There are two en suite bathrooms with bath/shower, a laundry room, a deck with amazing views and BBQ .There is also secure underground parking with storage unit. At 1250 sq ft, this is open plan living at its best with a large communal kitchen island, with granite counter tops throughout the apartment and stunning Acacia hardwood floors. There is a large dining table seating 6, the perfect place to gather for breakfast or dinner. There is a large River rock gas fireplace to cozy up around and both couches are sofa beds for versatile sleeping arrangements (1 double,1queen) and a single bed cot is also available for numerous sleeping options.
