-KITCHEN & DINING: Small kitchen with stove/oven & refrigerator. Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven & microwave. The dining room has a table with seating for 4 and 4 stools provided for extra seating.
OUTDOOR:
There is a shared courtyard area with a shared above ground pool and picnic tables and chairs. You are allowed access to the whole area.
PARKING: Marked parking space for 1 vehicle and a guest space to be used on a first come first serve basis.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: We provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towel for your stay. You may need to purchase additional depending on length of stay and use.

You have exclusive use during your stay of the entire house. the backyard is shared. Free Parking provided for 1 car. And an additional guest parking on a first come first serve basis.

We always recommend you rent a vehicle while in Miami, however due to the close proximity of this house to most tourist locations, Uber and Lyft are fairly inexpensive. You can also take buses even though it is not recommended because of how long they take and to avoid getting lost.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness will be charged accordingly.
