Welcome to our spacious 700 sq ft basement suite, located in the quiet and family friendly Killarney neighbourhood.
Our suite features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, in-suite laundry, private entrance and free street parking.
Our suite features two bedrooms and one bathroom, making it the perfect space for a small family or group of friends. The living area is spacious and bright, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa where you can relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The 55" 4K UHD Smart TV is equipped with cable and streaming services, so you can catch up on your favorite shows or watch a movie.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. There is a stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, as well as pots, pans, rice cooker, hot water kettle, water filter and utensils. There is also a dining table with seating for four, so you can enjoy meals together as a group.
The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed, both with soft and cozy linens. Each room also includes a comfortable chair and desk workstation. The bathroom is modern with a bathtub, shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.
Other amenities include internet/cable, radiant gas heating and in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. As this is a house on a corner lot, free street parking for multiple vehicles directly in front of the entrance is available.
Our home is a 5 min drive to Central Park, 25 min drive to the airport and 25 min drive to downtown. There are plenty of restaurants 2 min drive away on Kingsway, and we are happy to provide recommendations for things to see and do during your stay. We are also one block away from the nearest bust stops that connect directly to the Expo and Canada lines.
