Our 300 sqft studio, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for business travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The studio is located in the lively Little Italy neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.
We take pride in providing a calm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained studio. Our studio is equipped with one comfortable mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, one spacious bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a productive stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome package with fresh coffee and treats.
The studio is also decorated in a soothing and calming style. You`ll feel like you`re in a peaceful oasis, even though you`re right in the heart of the city. You will be in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you`re looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just steps away.
Please note this sunny apartment is in a semi-basement, accessible just a half flight of stairs down from the street entrance.
We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we`re always happy to help.
Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever.
Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
